Shipping & Delivery

All of our products are quality merchandise at a great price. The only problem is that they are made in and shipped from Ecuador, a small country in South America, so shipping time and if necessary returns are longer than usual. We ship via Postal Services within 24 hours of purchase, 6 days a week, and normal delivery time is 10 to 21 days.

Our product prices are very low for quality merchandise and our shipping costs are a little high because we ship directly from Ecuador although we charge less than what it actually costs us for shipping.

Best of all we offer FREE SHIPPING for all Orders over $300.00.

Privacy & Security

We take your privacy VERY seriously.  Our privacy policy can be summarized simply.  We do not share your information with any other organizations or individuals.  We keep all information you provide us completely confidential.  We do not sell, rent, or otherwise give email addresses or any other information to anyone, for any reason.  We do not, and will not, disclose this information to any third party.  A more detailed description of our privacy policy can be found here.

Our web site is 100% secure.  We accept major credit card payments via the Authorize.Net payment gateway and use state of the art strong 128 Bit SSL encryption technology once you begin entering your personal information and throughout our checkout process.  In addition, we are tested and rated 100% in safety and performance by the McAfee ScanAlert HackerSafe program, and the Safe Shopping Network, and have the highest Shopping.com customer rating available.

Returns & Replacements

Your Satisfaction is 100% Guaranteed. If you are not happy with your purchase when you receive it, we will work with you to resolve your problem, including exchanging your purchase or accepting your return and refunding your total purchase price (less shipping costs unless your purchase arrived damaged or not as ordered) within 30 days of receipt with NO restocking fee. We are so confident in the quality and value of our merchandise that there is no reason to charge our customers a restocking fee. We have been in business since 1973 and strive for complete customer satisfaction.

Just email or call us at 1-800-505-6693 in the United States during our normal business hours Eastern Time and we will do our very best to resolve your problem and make you happy. If you decide to return your Order we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), which should be placed on the return package, and detail instructions to minimize return shipping costs. Our goal is to make you happy. You might want to review some customer testimonials from recent happily satisfied customers.

Ordering

We have an easy to use one page secure shopping cart system for ordering our products. You can purchase multiple items in one Order each with a different shipping addresses and gift card message - a big convenience when gift shopping.

Once you have placed your Order you will receive a confirmation email that the Order was received with your Order Number.  If payment is denied for some reason by your credit card company, we will try to call you to try to resolve the problem.  Normally we will ship your Order within approximately 24 hours after successful payment 6 days a week and send you another email at that time.  If you don't receive these 2 different emails, they most probably got caught in your email filter and if you want to prevent this from happening in the future you can lean how to "Whitelist" us here.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Amazon Checkout payments.  After you finish shopping by clicking the Add To Cart button for each product that you want to purchase, click either the Proceed To Checkout or Checkout with Amazon button where you will then be able to securely enter your billing, shipping and payment information.

We offer "Wholesale to the Public" quantity pricing on many of our products. If you purchase 2 of the same item you automatically receive a 10% discount on both items. If you purchase 3 or more of the same item, the discount is 15% on all items purchased.   This is shown as the "As low as" price on our Category pages and "Buy 2 or 3 for" on our Product pages.

For each product we show you the Manufactures Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), our Regular Price (which is usually 70% to 80% less than MSRP), and sometimes a Special Price, which is even lower. Special Prices are always only available for a limited period.

Viewing Orders

To view your past and currently open Orders just Log In to your Account Dashboard by entering your email address and password and then click My Orders.  Just click Reorder to automatically reorder a prior Order.

Updating Account Information

To update your account information just Log In to your Account Dashboard by entering your email address and password and then click Account Information.
